I am sooo upset with Sports Clips in Eagle.. We knew they were going to be busy we checked in online @9 and had a 3 1/2 hour wait which was fine and allowed my teenager to sleep longer... But when they called him in we told the girl we wanted the sides short (a 2) and the top left at around 3 inches (because he has a loose perm on the top) so she only needed to really take off 1-2 inches at the most.. Morgan said she took the top of his hair held it straight up and did one single cut leaving about one inch on the top. The sides she did fine on.. But she basically cut all the hair off the top.. And then to add insult to injury she did soo poorly cutting the top of his hair too.. It looks horrible.. And it can't be fixed unless you cut more off which he absolutely doesn't want... I totally understand they have a lot of people in line and to get through today, but maybe make sure you are doing a decent job for your customers when they are in front of you?? We have been going there for years but I seriously doubt Morgan will ever step foot in there again. What was hoped to be fun day with my son on his birthday has turned into the worst day for him all after a 10 minute haircut.

Very disappointing, after trying to check-in online website was not working. Called the number on the check-in screen and was told over the phone they cannot check anyone in over the phone. What kind of policy is that? Totally ridiculous!! Got to the shop and had to wait at the bottom of the list.
